I was born and raised in the city of Thessaloniki. I completed my undergraduate studies (BSc Psychology) at Middlesex University of London and my postgraduate studies (MSc Psychology) at Manchester Metropolitan University.

During my studies I involved in volunteer work, research and seminars. Later on, I received my working license and started working as a psychologist at “Private Practice of Childpsychiatry Timotheos Savva”.

I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Greek Association of Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. I work in private practice since late 2021 in the center of Thessaloniki.
