RESUME

I was born and raised in the city of Thessaloniki. I completed my undergraduate studies (BSc Psychology, Middlesex University, London, United Kingdom), my postgraduate studies (MSc Counselling Psychology, Manchester Metropolitan University, Manchester, United Kingdom) with an emphasis on person-centered psychotherapeutic approaches and I received professional practice license (Protocol number: ΔΔΥΚΜ/ΜΕΘ/243611/14485).

I have always had a particular interest in clinical practice, in providing optimal quality mental health services and I collaborated with the Child Psychiatry Department of the Hippocrates General Hospital in Thessaloniki and the Psychiatric Clinic of General Hospital Papageorgiou in Thessaloniki taking on cases of wide-ranging symptomatology and mental difficulties.

I worked as a psychologist with children, adolescents, families and adults at the Timotheos Savva Private Practice of Child Psychiatry where I gained clinical experience in anxiety disorders, mood disorders, developmental disorders and emotional and social difficulties. At the same time, I was trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) at the Hellenic Association of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy (GACBP).

Today, I maintain a private practice in the center of Thessaloniki where I provide psychotherapy and counselling services to adults, children, adolescents and families. I also collaborate with schools, tutoring centers and educational structures where I provide speeches, seminars and workshops on mental health issues.
